1.1 Search Control Task Report

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Navigate to Report Screen

From the main left-side menu, click on:
Production and Quality → Reports → Control Task Report

This opens the search filter screen for viewing reports.

Step 2: Apply Filters for Searching

  • Part [optional] – Select the part from the dropdown.
  • Part Serial Number [optional] – Enter the serial number of the part (if available).
  • Control Plan [optional] – Choose the applicable control plan.
  • Process [optional] – Select the process to filter tasks.
  • Machine [optional] – Choose the machine where the task was executed.
  • Frequency [optional] – Select task frequency from the dropdown.
  • Part Status [optional] – Filter records by part status.
  • Task Type [optional] – Choose the type of task to track.
  • Report From Date [Mandatory] – Select the starting date for the report.
  • Report To Date [Mandatory] – Select the ending date for the report.

Click Search to display the filtered records.
Click Clear to reset all filters and refresh the report view.

Once the date range is selected, click on the green Search button.
To reset the form, click Clear.


1.2 View Control Task Report

After clicking Search, you will see the report results in a tabular format.

Column NameDescription
Date & TimeExact timestamp of when the entry was recorded (date + time).
DateCalendar date of the production or inspection.
TimeSpecific time of the operation or inspection.
ShiftWorking shift (e.g., A, B, C or Morning, Evening, Night).
Machine NameName or ID of the machine used in the process.
Control PlanControl plan or reference number followed for the operation.
ProcessType of process performed (e.g., drilling, milling, grinding).
Process QuantityNumber of parts processed in the entry.
Part NoPart number or code for the component.
Part Serial NoUnique serial number for the part.
Part StatusStatus of the part (e.g., Passed, Rejected, Accepted).
Operator StatusStatus of the operator (e.g., Active, Idle, Break).
Task TypeType of task performed (e.g., Operation, Inspection, Repair).
Other FrequencyFrequency of the task (e.g., Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
Operator/Inspector NameName of the operator or inspector handling the task.
Rejection Single WordOne-word description of the rejection (e.g., Crack, Scratch, Dent).
ReasonDetailed reason for rejection or remarks.
Cycle Time (Sec)Time taken to complete one cycle of the operation.
Handling Time (Sec)Time taken by the operator to handle the part.
Overall Cycle Time (Sec)Total time including cycle time and handling time.
Batch NoThe batch number to which the part belongs.
Reference NoAdditional reference number for traceability.

You can also use the Search field (top-right) to filter report results by keyword.


1.3 Export Options

At the top of the results table, you’ll see:

  • Excel → Export the report as an Excel file.
  • Print → Generate a print-friendly version of the report.

  • Ensure date formats are consistent when filtering.
  • Exported Excel files retain the same column structure.
  • Printing may require browser permissions or settings adjustments.
